Bill Conlin

President/Owner

Bill began his career at Conlin's in 1980 with his parents, Mike and Jane Conlin. Assuming co-ownership of Conlin's in 1998 with brother Michael Conlin (now retired), Bill Conlin has made tremendous strides in growing Conlin's. Bill pushes his team to strive for excellence and make sure the needs of our clients are met daily.

Working in varying capacities the last 11 years, Bill currently serves as an account executive. Bill has used his extensive experience and knowledge to help some of Conlin's biggest clients achieve their printing goals.

Kim Ayling

Account Executive

Kim is an account executive that has been with Conlin's since 2001. With 30 years of industry expertise and a helpful, friendly demeanor, Kim is always ready to help our clients achieve success in their print project goals.

Monica Hindo

Production Manager

Monica Hindo juggles both customer service and production manager roles in our fast-paced print shop environment. With 20 years of experience as a Conlin's employee, Monica will find the proper solution to all of your printing needs.

Liz James

Production Manager

Liz James is one of Conlin's top production managers, specializing in mailing campaigns, tending to customer needs and expectations, as well as print project consulting. Liz has been with Conlin's since 2005 and is always ready to put her expertise to work for the benefit of our customers.

Chris, originally a team member at our Horsham location, wears many hats here at Conlin's. With 16 dedicated years of experience and a helpful, upbeat attitude, he is ready to help you find the best printing solution for your project.

Manager, Jim DiBattista has been with Conlin's for over 20 years. Jim recognizes the responsibility needed to meet our customers needs while managing. He goes above and beyond to deliver the Conlin's mantra of performance and reliability.

Dave's experience in the mailing IT industry has helped carry Conlin's to new heights. Dave manages Conlin's web to print Cross-Media platform (XMpie) and oversees Conlin's entire mailing operation.
